Shipping policy
Shipping
Shipping starts at $5 and is calculated by weight. Shipping is added to your order at checkout. Orders over $75 ship for free. Once an order has been placed we are unable to add items or change it in any way.
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days, orders placed on a Friday will go out the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Once shipped standard shipping takes 2-8 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within a week of ordering.
Local Pickup
We love our local shoppers, just select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout and the shipping fee will be waived. Send us a quick message letting us know when you'd like to come and pick up your order! Please note that you will have 7 days from the time the order was placed to pick it up. After the time period has lapsed you will be sent an invoice for shipping fees.
Returns & Exchanges
Carousel Clothes will happily accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of item for a full refund minus shipping. Any returns received after this period will be issued a store credit only. Store credits must be used within (90) days of issuance. NO returns will be issued after the item has been in your possession for 30 days or more.
All returns must be in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to original form of payment, if within the 7 day window or store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you by email once this has been completed.
Carousel Clothes will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT
refund the value of any shipping paid.
To make an exchange, simply send us a message at carouselclothes1@gmail.com to with your exchange request (this way we can pull the item you wish it exchange it for from stock to ensure availability) within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive your returned your item(s) for exchange we will send you an acceptance email and confirmation with tracking information for replacement items.
MONOGRAMMED, PERSONALIZED, AND PRE ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED
Please choose these items carefully as they are all considered "special order" and cannot be returned. If you are not sure about something please contact us at carouselclothes1@gmail.com to confirm any details prior to placing an order.
If the item is listed as a “Pre Order” the estimated delivery time to me will be listed, I will ship within 3-5 days of receiving the item(s). These typically ship anywhere from 1-4 weeks after purchase.
Please allow items that are personalized and/or embroidered an additional 2-3 business days to ship out.
*Due to COVID-19 shipment and delivery time may be delayed* I try to keep all Pre Order items updated and estimate arrival times with COVID-19 delays in mind, but some items may take longer due to carrier delay.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer
this service using courier services.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will first contact you to see if there is another option you would like to add. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours the out of stock item will be cancelled and refund and the rest of your order will be dispatched.
